David A. Walls
For almost twenty years, David has helped corporations and individuals with a variety of business and legal needs, from the simple to the complex. In recent years, he has focused his practice on the construction, energy, manufacturing and insurance industries. He also is frequently retained by winners of powerball lottery jackpots across the country to assist them with a multitude of planning and management issues. David is AV rated by his peers for the highest levels of skill and integrity.

- Awarded the 2006-2007 President's Award by the Oklahoma Subcontractors Association
- Member of the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association
- Invited speaker to a variety of business groups, educational seminars and trade organizations
- Represented clients before various state agencies
- Lead trial counsel in over thirty jury trials
- Successfully argued before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals
- Certified arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association
Education:
University of Texas at Austin (B.B.A. 1981; Majored in Petroleum Land Management); Oklahoma City University (J.D. 1987). Walls was an editor for the Law Review of the Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Admissions/Membership:
Oklahoma and American Bar Associations. Licensed in all Oklahoma state courts, the federal courts in Oklahoma, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Also licensed to practice in Texas.
