Magan Graham

Magan Graham focuses her practice on workers’ compensation.  She represents insured and self-insured employers in the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court and counsels clients in all aspects of on-the-job injury issues and related employment matters.  Graham also speaks with adjusters and self-insured employers through seminars to provide them with the most recent developments in workers’ compensation defense.

Education:

• Centenary College of Louisiana (B.A., Communications, 2002)
• University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D., 2005)

Admissions/Membership:

Oklahoma and American Bar Association.  Licensed in all Oklahoma state courts.  Graham is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the OBA and the OBA Young Lawyers’ Division.  Graham is also a member  of the Junior Hospitality Club, Inc., and serves on the Board of Directors.  Junior Hospitality is a non-profit women’s service organization that strives to raise funds for other non-profit organizations as well as participates in service activities in the community and also participates in local young professional groups.
