Emily L. Carmichael

Emily Carmichael’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation and insurance defense.  She represents both insured and self-insured employers in the Workers’ Compensation Court, and counsels clients in all aspects of on-the-job injury issues and related employment matters.  Ms. Carmichael has been an associate with Walker Harris & Wolfe since December 2009.

Education:

Austin College, (B.A., Psychology & Sociology, 2006); Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D., 2009).

Admissions/Membership:

Oklahoma and American Bar Association. Licensed in all the state courts of Oklahoma. Ms. Carmichael is a member of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the OBA and the OBA Young Lawyers’ Division.
